KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check and verify the correctness of the information captured on the payment request.
- Basic understanding of diversity and the value of diversity.
- A basic overall understanding of the concept of risk and the different kinds of risk.
- Check that sanction screening results are provided where required
- Query and follow up on any missing supporting documents
- Log all customer complaints (internal) and action them immediately.
- Escalate complaints appropriately where applicable
- Basic overall insight and understanding of accounting items, concepts, terms and financial ratios and/or the ability to use a financial calculator.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric or equivalent
- Previous experience in the fiduciary service environment will be an advantage
