- Induction of new drivers
- Communicate with drivers to obtain diesel fill ups
- Daily reconciliation of driver attendance
- Add and remove drivers and vehicles on diesel platforms
- Requesting of number plates and Moov stickers
- Liaise with operations of faulty cameras and tracking units
- Perform all administration of diesel at depots
- Complete data capturing of diesel reports
- Reconciliation of driver averages for payroll data
- Reconciliation of truck stops, tracking and diesel statements
- General Adhoc Administration Duties
