The scholarship is funded by the Mo Ibrahim Foundation and focuses on supporting African PhD students with projects designed to understand public sector governance capabilities, political settlements, state business relations, the governance of state owned enterprises, the governance of mo-ibrahim-foundation development policy design and implementation, and so on.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have obtained relevant bachelor and master’s degree from a recognized institution of higher learning.

Application Procedures For Mo-Ibrahim-foundation
