• B.Sc in Financial Management / Accounting Field.
• Fellow / Certification of a professional financial body is a must (ACCA, or ICAN).

• B.Sc in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional Qualification ACA, ACIT, ACCA will be an added advantage.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or finance will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in upstream oil and gas business, and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
• Finance professional with experience in Treasury and with experience of Accounts receivables/ Accounts Payable and Payment services.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Operations Management.
• Minimum of 15 years drilling operations experience.
• Has the capabilities to assume a Managing Director role.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines
• Experience opening new locations and expanding a business is preferred.
• Commercially & Financially Savvy.
• Proven Experience in Large Projects supervising multiple sites.
• Knowledge in upstream operations and strong delivery focus.
• Technical hands-on skill in operation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machines is required.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Leading the production team in the forecasting, planning, and delivering of production volumes.
• Critical planning and management skill.
• Production processes experience and skill.

• B.Sc in Business / Commercial field.
• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar qualification.
• Previous experience of working in a purchasing team preferably within a construction and drilling environment.
• Good knowledge of purchasing, negotiation, commercial understanding and cost breakdown.
• Experience of working closely with suppliers.
