The University of Helsinki is now accepting applications from suitably qualified students for their University of Helsinki International Scholarship. It is a fully-funded scholarship for all students.
About the University
The University of Helsinki is Finland’s oldest and most prestigious university. After being founded in 1640 in Turku, Sweden as part of the Swedish Empire, the university moved to Helsinki in 1829 and quickly became one of the country’s most important institutions.
Today, the university is as important as ever, offering the widest range of study subjects across its 11 faculties, and being the largest university in the country with over 30,000 students.

Requirements for University of Helsinki International Scholarship
Interested applicants are expected to meet the following eligibility criteria for Full Tuition University of Helsinki International Scholarship in Finland:
Applicants must be international student.
You are eligible for the Master’s program at the University of Helsinki.
You are liable for tuition fees: Citizens of non-EU/EEA countries who do not have permanent residence status in the EU/EEA area are liable for tuition fees.
You meet the requirements for obtaining an entry visa and residence permit for Finland.
You have obtained excellent results in your previous studies and can prove this in your application.
