United Negro College Fund(UNCF) is now accepting applications from suitably qualified students for their UNCF Citrix Scholarship Program. It is a fully funded scholarship for all students.

About United Negro College Fund(UNCF)

UNCF, the United Negro College Fund, also known as the United Fund, is an American philanthropic organization that funds scholarships for black students and general scholarship funds for 37 private historically black colleges and universities.

UNCF was incorporated on April 25, 1944, by Frederick D. Patterson (then president of what is now Tuskegee University), Mary McLeod Bethune, and others.

UNCF is headquartered at 1805 7th Street, NW in Washington, D.C.

In 2005, UNCF supported approximately 65,000 students at over 900 colleges and universities with approximately $113 million in grants and scholarships.

Aim and Benefits of UNCF Citrix Scholarship Program

Successful applicant will receive $5,000.

Requirements for UNCF Citrix Scholarship Program

1. Applicant must be African American, and a US citizen or US permanent resident.

2. Be currently classified as a graduating high school senior, or college freshman, sophomore, or junior.

3. Will be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student at any UNCF member institution or other HBCU for the 2022-2023 academic year.

4. Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

5. Be studying business, engineering, or any technical major.

Documents Required for Application

1. An official or unofficial current academic transcript.

2. A 1-page essay.

3. One (1) letter of recommendation from a teacher/professor, college administrator, or community leader.
