Aim and Benefits of Tallinn University Dora Plus Scholarship

The scholarship budget for 2026/2027 study year is €63,000, i.e., 18 full scholarships (10 months long) can be awarded.

Requirements for Tallinn University Dora Plus Scholarship

The scholarship can be awarded to talented master’s students of Tallinn University:

1. Who are studying on a full-time study load in a Tallinn University master’s program fully in English?

2. Who have completed the study program with at least 54 ECTS credits (only required when applying for the scholarship for the 2nd year of studies);

3. Who, during their studies, stay in Estonia;

4. Who are not the citizens of Estonia?

5. Who doesn’t have a permanent residence permit/long-term residence permit?

6. Whose country of residence is not Estonia at the time of submitting their application (only required when applying for the scholarship for the first time);

7. Those who have not been in Estonia for more than one year during the past three years at the time of submitting their application (only required when applying for the scholarship for the first time);

8. Who don’t receive additional scholarships that are intended to support their accommodation and living expenses during their studies (e.g. Eramus+).
