Educational Qualification
: Personal & HR: Degree / PG Diploma or PG Program in HR or Industrial Relations or Personal Management. MBA or Masters of Social Work in HR. Must have 60% marks in degree.
Environment: Degree in Environmental Engineering. Must have 60% marks in degree.
Material Management: Two years full time MBA with Electrical or Mechanical Engg. Or PG Diploma in Management. with at least 60% marks.
Marketing & Sales: MBA with specialization in Marketing. OR PG Diploma in Management. Must have 60% marks.
Community Development: Full time PG Degree or PG Diploma in Community Development/ Rural Development/ Community Organization and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community Development/ Rural and Tribal Development/ Development Management/ Rural Management with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
Legal: Graduation or PG in Law with at least 60% marks.
Public Relations: PG Degree or PG Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication or PR with at least 60% marks.
Company Secretary: Graduate. Must be eligible for Associate/Fellow membership of ICSI.
Salary – On selection as Management Trainee, you will get E-2 grade, whose pay scale is 50 thousand to one lakh 60 thousand rupees.
Selection
There will be an Online Computer Based Test for selection. There will be two papers with 100 questions each in three hours. The questions will be objective type. The first question paper will have questions from General Knowledge, General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General English. The second question paper will have questions related to profession.
