Chateux De Atlantique, a luxury hotel in the heart of Victoria Island, Lagos State, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following positions below:
 

1.) Hotel General Manager

Location: Lagos

Education

  • A University Degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field (MBA in Business Administration is an added advantage) with Experience in managing or re-positioning a hotel with a clear track record. Excellent computer system skills.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with a significant luxury experience, and 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Asst. General Manager;
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus and with an understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Good knowledge of hotel management software (PMS), excellent customer service skills of a business mindset and a good aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving. Chateux De Atlantique Recruitment

Pre-requisites:

  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills, extensive hands-on experience and sales inclined individual.
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

2.) Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND in Administrative or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Detail to Appearance; dress in a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times and on call during weekends and after business hours.
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, sometimes with little direction.
  • Previous experience handling travel arrangements.
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents.
  • Ability to speak effectively among executives, clients, customers, and employees.
  • Ability to resolve complex administrative problems independently and perform tasks that are diverse and advanced.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to interact with coworkers and executives.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and extensive use of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be a Female.

  • Must have a good knowledge of Lagos road and its environs
  • Must possess a valid driver’s licence

  • Must dress neat and professionally
  • Must speak, understand and can read English language.
