Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor PO status and expected reception.
- Ensure reception of goods/services is traced, etc., in accordance with procedures.
- Perform requisition and PO processing and Spot Buying as required
- Implement all necessary actions to solve the problems
- Execute transactions, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system
- Ensure transactions are processed timeously
- Authorization of orders
- Managing the deletion / completion of overdue orders.
- Managing queries Audit own data entry for accuracy
- Request verification to ensure accurate processing of transactions
- Respond to various requests for information,
- Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned
- Actively engage with key stakeholders as required, such as suppliers, end users, and management

R19,000.00 – R27,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sunnyside, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
