Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor PO status and expected reception.
Ensure reception of goods/services is traced, etc. in accordance with procedures.
Perform requisition and PO processing and Spot Buying as required
Implement all necessary actions to solve the problems
Execute transactions, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system
Ensure transactions are processed timeously
Authorization of orders
Managing the deletion / completion of overdue orders.
Managing queries Audit own data entry for accuracy
Request verification to ensure accurate processing of transactions
Respond to various requests for information,
Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned
Actively engage with key stakeholders as required such as suppliers, end users and management

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary:

R19,000.00 – R27,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Sunnyside, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
