We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

!. GIS Lead Developer 

Role Summary
The GIS Lead Developer will take lead in the development of the next version of Releaf’s FPS (Factory Positioning System), a GIS web app that allows Releaf to determine the best locations to set up any of its processing facilities. You will be responsible for leading technical and feasibility assessment, architecture and design planning, as well as all features, implementation and integration of custom software and database applications.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise applications, mapping products, mapping tools, and spatial information management solutions
  • Lead technological and feasibility assessment, system architecture and design planning
  • Provide technical support to end users and track and resolve issues using project management board.
  • Assesses interrelationships with other systems, both manual and computerized, to ensure compatibility.
  • Coordinate organization of GIS data from various sources into recommended database structure

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Geology, Geospatial studies or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in applications development
  • Advanced knowledge of the Web API and Performance Considerations
  • Advanced knowledge of Web Security Implementation
  • Experience with: JavaScript, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, REST web services
  • Experience customizing ArcGIS Enterprise native apps (WebAPP Builder, Survey123, GIS Dashboard)
  • Carrying out web application development/design, software implementation, and documentation.
  • Installation and testing of customized web applications integrated with ESRI products.
  • Proficient in Python scripting (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python)
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

2. Internal Auditor – Inventory
Location: Calabar, Cross River, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
Internal Auditor – Inventory will be responsible for ensuring accurate counts of inventory stock at different Sourcing locations, identify discrepancies and must document it according to company protocols. He/She will ensure accurate check and balance on inventory sourced, inventory procured, inventory financed, inventory at different locations and inventory dispatched.
Role Responsibilities

  • Review inventory reports and locate discrepancies in data.
  • Monitor stock levels in Farm gate, Aggregation point and Warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Perform checks and balances on direct inventory procurement and inventory financed in advance to farmers,
  • Routinely checks Sourcing and Procurement agents to ensure maximum control against thefts and general losses.
  • Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
  • Establish performance goals for the procurement and inventory department.
  • Perform financial reporting by importing current audits and past audits in order to compare and contrast on Google Sheet.
  • Interview Sourcing Agents, Delivery Agents in order to verify questionable stores.

3. Logistics Manager

Location: Calabar, Cross River, Nigeria

Role Summary
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for all processes that involve warehousing/aggregating, and movement of raw materials or finished goods across the company’s assets. You will be a leader that can be in the field or build a field team to ensure that there are logistics assets available to hit our aggressive revenue & profit targets
Role Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage last mile, aggregation (warehousing), and long haulage
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Evaluate budgets and expenditures, advises on resources needed to beat departmental goals
  • Fraud detection and uncovering theft
  • Manage relationship between logistics stakeholders like 3PLs, to improve logistic network and coverage
  • Research and develop logistic framework  needed for success in potential expansion location
  • Work with procurement and production team on schedule for logistics assets to optimize the assets for profitability

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Supply Chain, Business Management or a similar field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar position.
  • Running inbound & outbound logistics ideally in a rural setting and worked with a network of third party logistics partners – key focus on contacts in the North & warehousing experience

4. Maintenance Manager

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria

Role Summary
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible to develop, implement, oversee and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities of all machineries, equipment, etc. at the plant for smooth running of the production activities to meet business goals at Releaf.
Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and control a maintenance master plan and schedule in cooperation with the VP, Manufacturing
  • Lead all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities at the plant site including safety, costs, environmental aspects and equipment availability
  • Ensure high standards in the provision of maintenance services in alignment with best maintenance practices
  • Coordinate and analyze root cause analyses of equipment failure
  • Ensure optimal availability and maintenance of all equipment for achieving the plant’s production targets
  • Control the necessary purchasing requisitions for spare parts
  • Manage the necessary materials and services for plant development related to maintenance activities
  • Prepare and control maintenance budgets and actual costs
  • Participate in all CAPEX related meetings to provide inputs to the development of plant’s performance
