SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Organizational Development and Performance Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Implements OD intervention initiatives recommended, change management / strategies and techniques to build organizational alignment.
Periodic progress reports on the implementation of the initiative undertaken.
Undertake organization performance reviews, organizational audits based on business context and organizational parameters, organizational cultural analysis and the development of performance measures.
Analyse all the OD initiatives identified, plan out implementation plan in coordination with the concerned stake holders.
Educational and Professional Requirements
A minimum of B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or other related courses.
1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Must be a CIPM certified or at least a student member.
