The Lagos State School Of Nursing Igando Admission Form 2022/2023 – Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into General Nursing Training Programme at the Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando Alimosho LGA Lagos. The programme will commence in October, 2022.
LASCON PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES TO WRITE JAMB EXAMS FROM Y2022Candidates seeking admission into the Lagos State College of Nursing (LASCON), Igando, will from Y2022 be required to sit for the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) entrance examination to gain entry into the college.
The Provost of the College, Mrs. Oyefunso Orenuga, made this known during a stakeholders’ meeting organised by the College and held at the LASCON’s Lecture Theatre.
Orenuga informed the participants, comprising of Parents, Guardians and Stakeholders, that the management has observed with dismay that some unauthorised individuals are defrauding unsuspecting people and extorting money from innocent candidates by circulating false information on social media about the sale of admission forms into the College.
The Provost reiterated that the name of Lagos State College of Nursing has been uploaded on the JAMB portal and, henceforth, admission into the College will be through the JAMB entrance examination, imploring all intending candidates to obtain the JAMB form and choose the College as their first choice.
She, however, advised the general public not to pay any money into anyone’s account or transact any business on social media for the purchase of forms or purported admission into the college.
The College has full accreditation for five years from the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) and three years from the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) to run a collegiate system of Education in which students will be awarded the OND/HND Certificate after the completion of the five-year programme.
Sales of online admission commences from Thursday 6th May, 2021 to Friday 4th June, 2021.
Entry Requirements
Applicant must possess FIVE CREDIT at not more than two (2) sittings, in the following subject, English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology from NECO, WAEC or NABTEB.

- Click on ‘Start Application’ to start your application process and complete the registration form. Please note your e-mail and password as you will be required to log-in with it to complete your application.
- From the dashboard, click on ‘Make Payment’
- Enter your card details to pay the sum of NGN15,200:00 (Fifteen Thousand, Two Hundred Naira) only from the online banking application.
- After a successful payment, your status on the portal will be updated and you will be able to complete the admission form and press the ‘submit’ button.
- After the submission of the form, a photocard will automatically come up which you should print out in colour and keep for the examination.
- Only applicants with valid examination photocard (Colour Print) will be allowed into the CBT Examination Center.
Entrance / Written Examination Schedule
- Entrance Examination date has been fixed to commence from Saturday, 10th July 2021 at 9:00am. Venue is CBT Center, LASU Ojo Campus.
- Examination questions will cover English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge, Current Affairs and Introduction to Nursing.
Closing Date:
Sales of form closes on Friday 11th June, 2021 (5 Weeks).

- PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE COLLEGE AS NO HARD COPY FORM WILL BE SOLD.
- Applicants are required to have a functional e-mail address and phone number for future contacts.
- Candidates are advised to keep their log-in details as same will be used for result checking.
- Candidates are also to check their results via the portal from July, 2021
- Please note that only successful candidates will be shortlisted for interview
- First year fee of Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Naira (230, 000) which includes tuition and accommodation is to be paid before resumption and receipt brought along on the resumption
