After the resumption of academic activities in public universities across Nigeria, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has issued tips for parents to communicate with the management of institutions, varying in the case of academic programs for faculty members. JAMB is giving this advice amid a strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), a phenomenon that can cause confusion about how to proceed or disrupt programs while studying, and union work has continued.

He said interested universities, polytechnics, or colleges of education should find a way to streamline all courses that existed before the ASU strike but were recently canceled.
