1.) IT Control Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Academic Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CISA,CISST,CEH or relevant qualification will be an added advantage
- 7+ years work experience
Competencies/Skills:
- Knowledge of applicable IT Control standards and frameworks such as ISO, PCIDSS, COBIT
- Proficiency in use of applications such as ACL, PL/SQL, MS/SQL, Excel
- Audit and investigative skills
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements, laws and statutes.

2.) Internal Audit Officer
Location: Lagos
Requirements / Skills Required
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Social Science, or other business-related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience. Experience in audit of Fintech companies is an advantage.
- Good investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good standing and assertiveness, with excellent teamwork attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and project management skills
- Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
- Sufficiently knowledgeable on the various relevant Audit standards i.e., IIA, NCCG etc.

Education and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Generalist HR role, with a proven track record in working as a Compensation & Benefit analyst to deliver contemporary HR practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide programs that cover talent acquisition, coaching, data analytics, and relationship management.
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
- Experience in different avenues for talent acquisition e.g., social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
- Professional certification in Human Capital from any of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK.
- Experience in financial services or management consultancy, a plus.
