All scholarships are subject to review for renewal at the end of each academic year. All recipients must meet requirements of satisfactory academic progress and maintain a cumulative grade point average as articulated in their Terms and Conditions Form at the time of accepting the university scholarship online.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the University of Michigan-Dearborn International Students Scholarship in USA; applicants are to meet up with the following
Requirements for Freshmen
- International student that holds a valid visa
- GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale)
- SAT combined score of 1020 or higher (ACT composite score of 20)
- Full-time degree-seeking enrolment at University of Michigan-Dearborn
- Renewable with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 at UM-Dearborn
- English Language Requirement: English Proficiency score of IELTS (6.5), TOEFL (IBT-80, CBT-213, PBT-550), or MELAB (76).
Requirements for Transfers
- International student that holds a valid visa
- GPA of 3.5 (4.0 scale)
- Full-time degree-seeking enrollment at University of Michigan-Dearborn
- Renewable with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 at UM-Dearborn
- English Language Requirement: English Proficiency score of IELTS (6.5), TOEFL (IBT-80, CBT-213, PBT-550), or MELAB (76).

Application Procedures
How-To-Apply: As part of the application process for this program, eligible and interested applicants are required to apply for admission in an undergraduate degree program at U-M. Thereafter, the candidates can fill the common application for this bursary. Applicants are also expected to meet all the entry requirements of the university.
Document Requirement: Candidates are expected to submit SAT combined score of 1020 or higher (ACT composite score of 20) and official High School Transcripts.
