Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital College of Nursing Form 2022/2023 – Applications are  hereby invited for admission into the College of Nursing Sciences, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Complex (OLLHC) Ihiala Basic and Post-Basic Nursing Programmes for 2022/2023 Academic Session (Batch B).
 
Sales of admission form for Batch B Candidates commences on 5th March, 2022.

Admission Requirements

• Candidates Must have Five (5) credits which must include English Language , Mathemetics , Biology , Chemistry and Physics in Not more than two sittings in GCE or SSCE

• Click on Prospective Students
• Scroll down Below to see a table of content which specifies the admission forms on sale
  • Basic Nursing (General Nursing)
  • Post Basic / Refreshers
• Click on Apply and Proceed
• Input a valid email address into the box
• Submit to proceed for the payment
• Select payment mode: Click on PAY WITH CARD strictly Visa or Master Card, activated for online banking.
• Insert your card details, and proceed with the payment, allow to process till successful.
• Then upload your passport to fill your form (Note: the passport shouldn’t be more than 100KB) .
• Finally, submit the form after completion of the entries. Print the Admission Application Acknowledgement Slip displayed upon submission.
• When coming to the school for the next steps (Written Examination, Oral Interview), the candidate is required to come along with the Acknowledgement Slip.
• The school may send announcements about Entrance Examination Schedules and other relevant information to the email you provided. Also keep checking our school website for news updates that may be of importance.

This is to inform the General Public that the Management of the Institution has officially announced the following information for BATCH A ADMISSION INTO SCHOOL OF NURSING IHIALA concerning the Commencement of EXAM and INTERVIEW

•  Date: SATURDAY 4TH MARCH, 2022.
• Time: 8.00am prompt
• Venue: School Premises

COME ALONG WITH ORIGINALS AND PHOTOCOPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

•  Originals and Photocopies of your Certificates (WAEC/NECO or NABTEB)
•  Testimonial(s)
•  Two passport photographs
•  Recommendation Ietter from the Parish Priest or Pastor of your denomination
•  Birth Certificates/ National Population Commission Certificate
•  Candidate’s Local Government Identification letter
•  Baptismal card
•  Writing Materials (pen & pencil) obtainable from School Bookshop
•  Two files (one school and one office flat file obtainable from School Bookshop

INTERVIEW FEE: N10,500 to be paid in any of the following School’s banks, before the date of the Entrance Exam/Interview.

NB:

• Come along with the Teller/Bank print-out as evidence of payment for interview fee as you will writing both entrance and interview examinations the same day.
• Candidates are strictly required to keep to the date and time as well as observe COVID-19 protocols
•  Wear your protective face mask/transparent face shield
•  Candidates will be sereened for COVID-19 on arrival at hospital main gate.
