OSCOHTECH 2026/2027 Admission Form | ND, HND, Diploma & Cert. – This is to inform Prospective applicants that Ogun State College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu, has commenced the 2026/2027 Admission Exercise in Certificate, Diploma, National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Health and Health-related Programmes.
Interested Applicants are to apply and make payment of N15,000 through the College portal https://my.oscohtechilese.edu.ng, via web Payment.

OSCOHTECH GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. The admission requirements for any of our National Diploma (ND) Programme are a minimum of five (5) credits O/level passes, in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology obtained in WAEC/NECO or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings. However, all applicants for the National Diploma (ND) programme should also endeavour to obtain the JAMB form.
2. Details of each programme requirement are explicitly stated below. Applicants are advised to carefully read the requirements before making their application, as an error in the choice of course by
applicants will not be tolerated.
3. Applicants awaiting results are free to apply. Such applicants should indicate AR in the column for
O/Level Results on the Application Form. However, the O/Level Results being awaited must be ready before the admission exercise, as no student would be considered for admission without O/Level Results.
4. The requirements for admission into Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes include: National Diploma (ND) not lower than Lower Credit in a relevant course/programme, in addition to the Good O/Level requirements stated in (1) above

Application Guidelines

1. Apply for the Admissions process by clicking Apply Now on an open Application. You will be required to fill out an account profile creation form

2. To proceed with your application, you will need to activate your profile account. Check your email inbox (or Spam) for your activation link and your LOGIN credentials.
3. If you have already created an account or you are a former student of this institution, click Login to continue with your Application Form or apply for a new open Admission
4. Continue by paying the necessary fees and then carefully filling out the Application Form. Check that all the information provided is correct and valid before submitting your application.
5. Obtain the appropriate Result Checker scratch (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) to submit and verify your O’Level result using our Online Result Verification System.
6. Print a copy of the Application form and Screening Slip with the necessary information on it
