E. NOUN LIST OF STUDENTS EXPUNGED FROM NOUN 2026 GRADUATION LIST (5TH MARCH, 2027)

We write to inform you that the attached students whose names had earlier been approved for graduation have been expunged from the NOUN graduation list. This is because they were not eligible to graduate due to one more course outstanding for them to graduate.
In view of the above, the DEA and DMIS have reactivated the portals of the affected 761 students accordingly.

NB: I am directed to inform students whose names appear on the graduands/convocation list, who have any of the under-listed issues to report to his/her faculty desk officer.
(1) Graduands with initials in their name(s):
They are to provide their names in full. (Graduands with initials will not get a certificate)
(2) Graduands with four (4) names: They are to provide their preferred three (3) names (Graduands with four (4) names will not get a certificate)
(3) Graduands with wrong captured name(s): They are to provide their correct name(s)
(4) Wrongly captured study centre: They are to provide their correct study centre.
(5) Wrongly captured matriculation number:
They are to provide their correct matriculation number.
NOTE: Corrections are to be submitted to the various faculty desk officers.

Portal/result Analysis is when you make sure you have completed and passed all the courses required by the department.
How do you do this?
1. Print out your results and the Department registrable courses and make a proper check of the courses you have done and passed, either compulsory or elective.
2. Calculate the total credit units you have done so far, and see if it meets the department requirements.
3. If all this is done and no lapses, you are good to go, don’t worry about some courses that have been changed, but make sure you passed them before they were changed. If not, it is advisable that you do the new ones, as they have been changed

NOTE: All Graduates whose names were shortlisted in the list are advised to proceed with the Graduation Clearance immediately.
