1. CERTIFICATE IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (JCHEW)
- Minimum of Three (3) O’level Credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, with two (2) Passes in any other relevant subjects. Physics and Chemistry are an added advantage.
2. DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (CHEW)
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
- Holders of JCHEW Certificate, in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement, can apply and join at 200level.
3. MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (MLT)

- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
- The result must not be more than ten (10) years old.
- Holders of Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) Certificate, in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirements, can apply.
4. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN (PT)
- Five (5) O’Level credit at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE / WAEC SSCE /NABTEB, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
5. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM)/ (MEDICAL RECORD)
- Minimum of Five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
PART-TIME PROGRAM is available for workers/Civil Servants in health-related fields.
6. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN (EVT)
- Minimum of Four (4) O’Level credits and 1 Pass at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB, which must include English Language, Biology/Health Science and any 2 of the following Subjects: Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Agric Science.
- Holders of Environmental Health Assistant Certificate, in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement, can apply and join at 200Level.
7. DIPLOMA IN HEALTH EDUCATION AND PROMOTION (HEP)
- Minimum of Four (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, and any 1 Subject.
- Holders of Certificate in Health Education and Promotion, in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirements,t can apply and join at 200Level.

- Click on the button “Payment for Application Form”. Please cross check to make sure your details are spelt correctly.
STEP 4
- Click on the button “Yes, Pay via Remita”. This will redirect you to the Remita Payment Gateway. Please wait, do not close your browser
STEP 5
- Make sure the caption on the Remita Payment Gateway reads “SCHOOL OF HEALTH TECH MINNA – NIGER STATE GOVERNMENT”. Then click on the button “Submit”
STEP 6
- Choose your preferred payment method (e.g Card, USSD, Bank Branch e.t.c). If payment is successful, wait patiently for the Remita Payment Gateway to redirect you to the school portal.
STEP7
- Your Application No will be generated and also sent to the email you provided. Please proceed and fill in the various fields with your correct information, and then click on the button “Submit”.
