IAUE final deadline for payment of charges – Please take notice that by the above Circular under reference, the payment portal for all students (both Fresh and Returning) was to close on Thursday, 31st March 2026.
However, due to several appeals from the University Community, the University Administration has extended the deadline for payment of charges/fees to Friday, 15th April 2026. The portal will now close on Friday, 15th April 2026. This is the final extension for the 1st Semester of the 2026/2026 session.
Please take further notice that:
1. The portal will re-open at the beginning of the 2nd Semester of this session with a payment of 30% surcharge for all returning students who failed to pay up their charges/fees on or before 15th April, 2026. All returning students who have paid the 1st installment of their charges/fees will be exempted from the surcharge.
2. The portal will not be reopened for any Fresh Student who fails to pay their charges/fees and complete all registration formalities on or before 15th April, 2026. Such students would be deemed to have lost admission for the session, as Matriculation Numbers will only be assigned to students who have paid fees and completed registration.
However, the portal will be reopened in the 2nd Semester to Fresh Students who paid the 1st installment of their fees, without the 30% surcharge.
All students are please advised to comply with the above to avoid unpleasant consequences.
