Step 1
Candidates who have made payments for their ePINS and have yet to get them should kindly visit the nearest JAMB Office or any of our JAMB CBT Centres and lodge a formal complaint.

Step 2
- Visit http://www.jamb.gov.ng/eFacility/CandPay/InitPay#
- Click on the Retrieve PIN option on the page displayed
- Input your JAMB Code/REG Number in the box
- Click on GET UTME Pin for UTME Students and
- GET DE Pin for Direct Entry Students!!!

Step 3
- If ePIN is not received or lost, send [UTMEPIN] or [DEPIN] to 55019 OR 66019 for UTME or DE, respectively, from the registered cell phone number
- The ePIN would then be retrieved and delivered to the candidate’s registered cell phone number
