Candidates who has made payment/purchase their JAMB UTME/DE Pins but are yet to get it delivered to them via text messages are hereby advised to follow any of the steps listed below to retrieve or recover their JAMB E-Pin
 

3 Easy Ways on How to Retrieve or Recover Your Lost JAMB E-PIN.

Step 1

Candidates who have made payments for their ePINS and are yet to get them should kindly visit the nearest JAMB Office or any of our JAMB CBT Centres and lodge a formal complaint.
OR

Step 2

1. Visit http://www.jamb.gov.ng/eFacility/CandPay/InitPay#
2. Click on the Retrieve PIN Option in the page displayed
3. Input your JAMB Code/REG Number in the box
4. Click on GET UTME Pin for UTME Students and
5. GET DE Pin for Direct Entry Students!!!

OR

Step 3

• If ePIN is not received or lost, send [UTMEPIN] or [DEPIN] to 55019 OR 66019 for UTME or DE respectively from the registered cell phone number
• The ePIN would then be retrieved and delivered on the candidate’s registered cell phone number
